  • Post Impressions: the total number of times a post was visible in user timelines or feeds

  • Engagement rate: measures the amount of interaction social media content earns relative to reach or followers or audience size. It's calculated by dividing the total engagements a post received by the total number of impressions on that post.

  • Likes: total number of likes on each social media post.

  • Shares: total number of times your social media content was shared.

  • Posts: total number of posts published on each social media channel.

  • Followers: total count of followers on each social media channel.

You will find the following KPIs:

  • Impressions: The number of clicks on your ads.

  • Reach: The number of people who saw your ads at least once. Reach is different from impressions, which may include multiple views of your ads by the same people. This metric is estimated.

  • Clicks: The number of clicks on your ads.

  • Registered Users: The total value of registrations completed that has been tracked with the conversions objective.

  • CP Registered Users: The average cost for each unique registration completed. It's calculated by dividing the total cost of the campaign / total number of registered users.

  • Paying Users: The total value of subscriptions completed that has been tracked with the conversions objective.

  • CP Paying Users: The average cost for each unique completed subscription. It's calculated by dividing the total cost of the campaign / total number of paying users.

  • CTR (Click Through Rate): measures the ratio of clicks (how often someone clicked on your ad) to impressions (how many times your ad was viewed on the platform) for individual ads.

  • CPC: CPM stands for cost per click. This is the price you pay for each click on your ads.

  • CPM: CPM stands for cost per mille. This is the price you pay for 1,000 impressions on your ads.

  • Open rate: The email open rate is the percentage of users who open a specific email out of your total number of recipients.
